We have a system that has an AJA corvid 88. We need the system to be genlocked. It seems fine and is genlocked with other apps, but as soon as we start vMix Genlock turns off on the card.

Any ideas? I have not yet tried on any of our BMD systems.

Not that this helps your AJA but both our Decklink Quad and Extreme 3 are genlocking both external and external2 using V17.
