Progress bar not progressing for Preview and output screen

I am using vMix 18.0.0.65. vMix prevew output screen progress bar not progressing or not moving. So my playlist not switching after finish one item to another. Please help me how I can solve this. It is hard to tell from the screenshot as it is not playing, what happens when the play button is pressed?

When play button pressed it plays normally. But the progress bar not increase, even the time shows in the preview screen is not updating. So I can't guess how much the video progress.
