How do i connect my atem mixer to vimix using blackmagic intensity shuttle

after connecting my black magic intensity shuttle from amtem mixer using hdmi and thuder bolt 3.0 to my system.....when i try inporting my live feed using vimix i get an error message. does that mean it does not support it?

Hi Ken

here's a method that I use with another TB device (Ultra Studio Express):

ATEM HDMI OUT > intensity shuttle HDMI IN > Thunderbolt 2 PC

Make sure intensity shuttle is correctly set for HDMI and same framerate as ATEM (1080i50/60)

If this doesn't work, try to connect a camera directly to intensity shuttle and get signal in.
