I need three cameras and an audio input. Vmix basic hd allows three camera inputs and one other input - can the other be audio, or is audio considered to be a camera input?

Thanks in advance for your reply,

ys

Also you could feed the main audio of your production through one of your cameras. You would have to configure/route it as always on. That may gain you an input for something else.

Thanks Sports Net - I need a separate audio input anyway, but helpful suggestion.

Total Inputs refers to the maximum number of inputs that you can load into vMix. This includes anything you can add under the "Add Input" menu in vMix. Such as Videos, Images, Titles, Virtual Sets, Cameras etc. Total Inputs includes Capture Inputs.

Camera / NDI Inputs refers to the maximum number of camera or NDI inputs you can load into vMix. This includes inputs added via the "Camera" section or the "NDI / Desktop Capture" section under the "Add Input" menu in vMix.
(One exception to this is that "Local Desktop Capture" does not count towards the Camera Inputs total, only Camera and NDI sources)

Hi Guilaume,
Yes, I read it - from what it says, clearly audio could be the fourth input. I was just wanting confirmation,
Thanks,
ys
