I purchased two of these and the software recognizes both of them. But the video only comes in on one. The audio comes in on both. Just trying to figure out a work around for the video.

Hi
I don't think it's possible to get 2 video streams at the same time with USB2 capture device due to bandwidth restriction on USB2 bus.
Besides these device are designed for old analog tapes conversion to digital which is supposed to be one by one.
Maybe not the best choice for vMix...

Your best bet is to try to get these on separate USB controllers. Not ports, controllers.
You can use trial & error to test what combination of ports works, or check Device Manager to determine which ports are assigned to which controllers.

- Tom Thanks for the response. I was drafted to start our church's online broadcast. The software is easy to use but my knowledge base is limited concerning your suggestion. What is the difference between a port and a controller?

On a motherboard, your usb ports are connected to controllers in groups. Every controller has it's own bandwidth available. So if you plug it in say usb port 1 &2 ,and they share the same controller, then they also compete for bandwidth with each other. If port 3 is connected to another controller, then it's best to plug in port 1 & 3, so each have their own bandwidth to use.
You can sometimes find it in the manual, otherwise it's trial and error like Tom said.

You didn't mention if the computer had USB 2.0 ports or USB 3.0 ports.
If the computer you are using has USB 3.0 ports, they would have enough bandwidth for 2 video streams at Standard Definition which is what the ION outputs.
So if at least one of the ION devices is plugged into USB 3.0, then there's another issue. As DWAN made reference to, you only may get one to function properly. Tom Sinclair (sinc747) has gotten more that one EZ Cap TV device to work on the same computer. Maybe one ION and one EZ Cap TV will give you two video capture sources.
