Professional Transition between PTZ Camera Presets

I am brand new to vmix but learning quickly but I'm looking for suggestions on how to properly transition between PTZ presets. We are currently using a single PTZ camera and have multiple inputs configured in vmix for different locations. I know obviously the best way to deal with this is with an additional camera but at this point we are just using the PTZ so what would be the most "professional" way to setup the transitions between the different inputs? Is it even possible to setup a Fade or something between these types of inputs, so far I haven't found anything. Thanks for an suggestions.

The inputs you are talking about are all the same. So switching from one to the other will show the camera movement.
Best thing to do is to install a total view camera at the back of the venue. That does not have to cost as much as a PTZ camera, a simple fixed shot system camera will do the job fine.
That way you can transition to the total view camera, put the ptz shot you want on preset, wait for it to finish the shot and then transition back to the PTZ camera with the desired transition effect of your choice.
Because you transfer the shot from one location to the other, it is even better to go to a total shot in between, because you show the viewer the place and make an establishment every time the location changes.

If another camera is not an option, you might consider some kind of "video clip" as a segue or transition, this can be effective if it is relevant and complimentary to the presentation, such as an animated title for the next segment.
