Hi all.

Some new utilities and some updates.

I added three programs that will countdown and STOP recording, streaming or both.

I also increased the countdown time to 99 minutes.

The stop utilities start red and end green, while the start utilities do the opposite. I also removed the count up as it seemed superfluous.

If you discover any issues please let me know.


These are for 64 bit Windows Only.

ESC CLOSES WINDOWS FOR ALL UTILITIES.

I'd add the button to close the window (the little x on upper right corner). I went crazy to close it.
