Does anyone have experience in how to configure the AJA IO 4K to accept 4 SDI or 3 SDI & 1 HDMI inputs?

I just picked one up but only seem to be able to get 2 SDI inputs on SDI 1 & 2 connectors. SDI 3 & 4 are set to output only. The manual doesn't mention how to setup for 4 inputs. I was under the impression that this device could capture 4 SDI inputs simultaneously based on the fact that it is listed as the Sapphire reference system for a 4 input laptop setup.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to set this up?

I think I know what the problem was. When I installed the AJA IO 4K drivers/software, I skipped installing the Wirecast plugins. It seems that this plugin is what allows vMix to use all 4 inputs on the AJA IO 4k. After uninstalling and then reinstalling the AJA software with the "complete" option, vMis now sees 4 inputs.

Not something the manual covers or as far as I can tell, mentioned in this forum.

Another side note.... this units get really warm!

If you are still using this unit how many frames delay is the SDI video input compared to the HDMI output via vMix?
