Hi all,
I am using vMix with 2 Decklink Duo cards. Everything is lovely except when I try to enable Decklink output. I get an error message that says "No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection". This sounds like a DirectShow error but I'm not sure. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate. Any help to sort this out would be appreciated.
Tony

Couple of things to check:
1. Make sure the System, Output Size, Device and Port settings under Settings -> External Output match the device plugged in.
2. Make sure the selected device is not currently being used for video input. For example, with 2 decklink duo cards that show four devices you can have three inputs and one output simultaneously. This is a decklink limitation.
3. Try changing the Output Format under the Performance tab to UYVY
