Is it possible to upgrade mark in/out feature adding several ones of those on same video which will in end allow easy possibility for video editing?

If i have one video on which i need to remove several parts it will be normal to put several “mark ins + mark outs” one same video – That is better option and another one bad option is to import that video several times and do edition of every part separately … I think that possibly upgrading mark in/out feature to allow adding several ins with outs will be very good and simple solution – One feature more in that case (and in ordinary case will be good also) will be adding next/previous frame for better positioning inserting in/out markers

I will like to heard others and what they think regarding this idea – Thanks in advance
