Problem with mark in and mark out – I noticed today that when i use mark in “cutting” part of video on the beginning all is ok but when i use mark out playing video is totally broken – Video and audio are choppy to that extend it cant be view normaly – Also another thing is that video become “pixelated” with big BOX pixels
I try to find problem and identified that this case is only one
Full HD *.MTS files from my JVC camera recorded in AVCHD format – Looking to file information regarding MTS files i found there also mention for Bly Ray Video format

I didn’t noticed any problem with “mark in/out" in any other case regarding any other video format!

MTS stands for MPEG4 Transport Stream.
This format has no index, videos are supposed to be played from start to the end.
Many pro NLE (FCPX, Resolve,...) won't even allow to edit MTS videos due to the very nature of MTS.

Best option for you is to convert MTS to MP4 for example
