I know this is probably an easy fix, but I can't figure it out. I'm trying to get vMix Basic to include some WMV files as input. I can play the files on my computer, but when I try to add them to vMix they show only black screens with sound. Meanwhile, another wmv file I've tried works just fine.
What is the problem? Is it an HD issue with the basic program, or is it something else?
