Hello,

I've been trying to add .mov videos with an alpha channel. But I keep getting the message "Quicktime 7.6 or higher is not installed". Now I know that there is already a topic on this forum in which this is mentioned, and the problem was solved by rebooting the PC. However, after re-installing quicktime, installing older and newer versions, as well as checking whether the versions are 32bit or 64bit and rebooting / reinstalling, plus checking if quicktime is even running (msconfig). I've not been able to get it to work.

Is there possibly someone around who can give me more insight in what the possible cause could be?
Because I know it should, and can work. Thanks very much in advance
