Guys,
I am trying hard to learn how to use virtual sets with vMix. I have watched every video on youtube and elsewhere; but, can's seem to find anything dealing with the extra layers and the options it gives for multiple angles from the same camera.
Does anybody know of a video or seminar or anything on this? I am hungry for all of the info I can consume.
Thank you all for any help of suggestions you can give.
Rob

Hi Rob
it's not possible to have multi angles with a single camera. The only thing you can do is have several zoom values: wide, medium, close-up for example. But it's only one angle.
If you want multi angles you have to create several virtualsets inputs, each one being set up speciafically for each angle. This requires as many cameras as angles.

I am trying to learn how to build virtual sets to use in vMix....I tried all I know in aftereffects and such, but can not seem to find a way to get them into vMix...I have to make each layer as PNGs and bring them in seperately....Is there a program that I can use to make a complete virtual set and import it directly into vMix

PNG is the correct format. But you have to export with alpha. Make sure in After FX the RGB+Alpha is selected before rendering out

I do not understand what you mean..All PNG files have alpha....what I want to do is make a virtual set, complete with its layers and import into vMix as a complete set, rather than having to import each layer separately as I now do.....

Hey Guys,
got a question for the title possibilities in vMix.
In the past i always work with PNG titles which i create in photoshop and showing up, when needed. Over the last couple of month i see a lot of streams, with more professional titles which are flying in and flying out. For sure i now the overlay functions in vmix, but this is not what i mean. The titles i saw were appearing for example in the middle of the screen and building up and even the text ist appearing later when the background is ready.
Now i ask myself if this can be done with vmix?
Thank you!

Thank you! Short Answer : Yes, Have you checked as a basic example the animatd titles that come with vMix ? They have been there all along since you registered here There are plenty of posts in the forum dealing with title animations, how to create them and even extra scripting tricks for "interactive" titles

@doggy
First of all, Thank you!
I guess my explanation wasn´t that good, sorry. Its difficult to explain. I know vmix very well, also the basic setup. There is no similar animated title in the basic setup.
Okay than, i will try again searching.
I got the TGA/PNG sequences from my customer and need to know how to bring the data in. Because the all the data always has to appear in different moments and not directly.

There Is ! It might not be similar to your visual expectation but it is similar in function , the color bars slide in from the side instead of the middle or center etc ("AnimatedInOutHD") Its in the XAML code of the title to wich in adition one can use images, different starttimes of aninations , duration ,zoom, position changes etc equally with textblocks etc Have a search in this forum for "animated title" and online for xaml animations
