So here's the problem. I have a virtual set. Basically a split screen. I have a live camera in each window.

While the split screen is live, I can change the camera input on either side using SetMultiviewOverlay.

The tally light issue is that when I activate a camera while the virtual set is the output, the tally light doesn't trigger. It works if you pre set the camera, and then switch to the virtual set. Related, if you pre set the camera then switch to the virtual set, the tally light works. But then if you switch off of your camera using SetMultiviewOverlay, the tally light doesn't go off.

Does that make sense?

Did you ever find a solution to this - I think I have the same (or similar) issue , I'm using a virtual set which has two side screens. The input for each of the side screens is a MIX input. I set the camera inputs on those two side screens so I can have a preview and live (and transition between) for each of the side screens but the content in the MIX screens don't trigger the tally lights.
