Hi VMIX members, do you know if X-keys XK-68 Joystick works, because I do not see it in the list of hardware compatible with VMIX.
Thanks...

TV97, the X-keys Joystick X and Y axis are supported, but the Z rotation is not.
Our joystick sends Z Rotation - not Z Axis - because it doesn't return to zero like conventional PTZ control joysticks.
The X and Y axis can be assigned to shortcuts in vMix and can be used to drive pan and tilt in the PTZ controls.
I hope this is helpful.

Hi,
can anybody tell me how I can use the X-y at least an the XK 68! I can assign any buttons , but no idea how to capture the X-Y joystick action.
It's a mess that the XK68 said as compatible hardware can not be used in all function. The joystick is the based needed to control PTZ cam..
Even the XY will work, It will not be easy to control one of several cam, I whish a function where I can first select which cam to control, than use the joystick to control the right cam. Is there any plan to integrate the full usage of the joystick in future ?
Thanks for reply
Dominik

As far as I can see, it only registers the axis as LeftA, RightA, UpA, DownA and CenterA. So you can map these to PTZMoveXxxx, but you won't have any speed control of the movement. If you only make presets, this would be workable, but my experience with PTZ is that we do most movements live.
