Update to my own question: I lost the cineform codecs to record to cineform AVI - They can not be used with 64bit Vmix so they didn't show up. With 32bit I see the codecs and I can record. Then convert to MP4 later.

Why do the codecs don't show up in 64 bit VMiX ?

greetings,
Stefan

I had the same issue before and this is the reply from Martin:

The difference is the 64bit version provides access to more memory which is useful for things such as the Video Delay.

The 64bit version can only use 64bit codecs and vice versa which is why CineForm does not appear in that version.
