I have tried many and some do slow the program down much,,,,,thanks

Typically a .MP4 works well. - Tom BTW, You'll get very good results here on the forum when you use a Subject that is specific to your problem. :)

Bonus is they are one of the formats that will work if vmix stops unexpectedly.
