When doing a live production ,what output would I use to send the final output to screens or a hd disk recorder ,or a sat feed?.if I had a capture card with 4 in's and 4 outs.....

You can have two (external) outputs. Try to take a look at the vMix documentation page for outputs to capture outputs: http://www.vmix.com/help...putwithIntensityand.html
