Could you explain what sort of "jerky" you see? Is the video stopping and jumping? Or are there ragged edges at moving objects? Ragged edges would be caused by interlaced video, try setting "Deinterlacing" to "Blend" in capture-settings. Stopping, jumping video might be too slow computer, or any number of hardware insufficiencies. What capture card are you using? What are your system specifications (cpu, gpu, etc.)?

Please set the Deinterlacing option when adding the capture input to "Blend" to remove the jagged edges.
