How hard is it to integrate a "Blur" feature to hide things like faces or logos on the videos similar to how news blurs peoples faces?
Just a thought.

A defocus function would be good but it's probably very computationally heavy to do. I use this a lot on our other mixer, you can make some nice live backgrounds and then `pull focus' back to normal.
For your application a simpler effect is the old mosaic or pixelation that would be far easier but not as pretty.
