Is-it possible to record let's say 4 USB cameras at the same time connected to a PC using Vmix without switching each of them separately ? I'm trying to record the 4 USB video feeds on 4 different video recording.. Is-it possible with Vmix or another software ?? So far the only option I have would be to open 4 different Vmix instances at the same time having each one record its own camera.. Any clue ? Thanks.

Hello Check the help file at http://www.vmix.com/help17/ and navigate to "Multicorder". There you will find the answer... :-) Regards, Patrick

FYI: Multicorder is available in the vMix 4K and Pro editions. Which would also mean it was available in the vMix Trial.

Thanks so much for your replies..
One last question: Could I use a 7200rpm dedicated sata drive instead of SSD drive as described in multicorder as minimum requirements ? I know SSD drives are cheap but let me know. (I have a WD 2T drive that is in my PC for recording videos only purpose)

Well, you could. But you would be below "minimum requirements."
But we won't tell. Go ahead and try it. Then you'll know for sure. :)

Well I hate to be the one to deliver the bad news, but you'll need a SSD for this to work. Regular drives studded.....takes the speed of an SSD. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY.
