Hello,

i want to make a kind of tv-conference with 4 incoming rtmp-streams in vmix. 4 soccer games and changing from game to game when interesting things happen.

I test some things but i did not get it run :-(

Thank you

What did you try?

Check this part of the documentation if you want to capture a remote feed: http://www.vmix.com/help17/index.htm?Flash.html

I try exactly what is described in the documentation. Typing in the RTMP URL.

At first a had to install flash for the internet explorer. (Wondering that not chrome is used like in the web browser input) and then i always got a red sign that playback is error. Try the same in another stream-program and it worked fine. But i need to work with vmix.

Thank you

Hello,

still working on that problem with the simulcast and no solution yet.

I try to add the input "Flash/RTMP" and typed in the RTMP-URL und always get a "Media Playback Error". I installed the newest Flash for IE.

Maybe there is another solution for making a simulcast from existing streams?

Thank you

You have to have the true rtmp address of the stream not just the address for the player.

In other words, you cannot use the standard "embed code" which is what many of our users try.

Just a though about your issue since you haven't given the details,

Steve
