I was trying to find overlay settings in the settings menu and assumed you couldn't change anything.

From beginning I assumed the overlay button on the taskbar was just a different type of overlay function (not settings) so I never really looked there, you just assume any global settings are in the settings menu.

I think it would be easier for users if ALL global settings were in the one menu (settings menu) so we only have to go to 1 place to look for and change settings.

As more things get added to the bottom (Hamburger menu) it would be about time to move the overlay button near to everything else.

Anyway that is just my opinion :)
