How to post Facebook Live Video to page for which I am a manager? Not my personal page

I am a listed as a manager for our church's facebook page. I want to live stream our morning service to the church's facebook page, not my own. When I go to the vMix streaming settings for Facebook, I login with my credentials, but there is no where to specify I want this live streamed on the Church's facebook page. It is very clear that this will be streamed on my personal FB page.

Any help and insight on this will be greatly appreciated.

I just installed version .111 and that seemed to fix the issue. Should have done that first.
