Hello.
Today after I changed my vMix settings and restarted the program I got this error msg: e_invalidarg: "an invalid parameter was passed to the returning function (-2147024809)" I can't manage to start vMix program it says that it's startup error, any ideas how to fix it? I've tried to upgrade my windows to windows 10, installed all available updates, even ran antivirus scan etc. If anyone had this problem before please reply to this post or msg me to my email: ovidijuskra@gmail.com or facebook page. www.facebook.com/onlinekinas thank you.

Repairing a corrupt configuration file

If your vMix configuration becomes corrupt you may see an XML related error when loading vMix.
To fix this try the following:

1. From the start menu type in the following, changing the username to your windows username and press enter:

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\StudioCoast_Pty_Ltd

2. Delete all folders inside this folder, they will have names like vMix64.exe_Url_g45uj5uqbhrtmd53srltxadfcag3zkog

3. Open up vMix again and configure your settings
