Magic YUV files didn't work in Adobe Premiere

So I recorded one of our services using the MagicYUV 1.2 codec and it recorded just fine, and watching it on media player works just fine but when I tried to import the file into Adobe Premiere 2015 cc I only get 2:19min of my 59min video. I've tried converting it with other converters, VLC, FFMPEG, QuickTime "Export", any video converter, and currently trying DivX. So far all conversion attempts are a bust. Super crappy video quality or tons of dropped frames.

Has anyone got the magicYUV codec to work with Adobe?
