for quick edited stuff on same pc? prob not enough horsepower,but when edited in native no prerender is needed

If it Premiere on Windows, there is the 'Adobe CC for NDI' plug-in which will allow you to output Premiere's timeline as a NDI source which vMix 17 (or any other NDI application) could receive in real-time.
