Here's one for the more advanced in our group. I have an APC Mini midi controller that I'm using with vMix. It's currently outputting midi commands via Channel 1, which I need to change because of conflicts with other midi devices I'm also using.

I think this may be a lost cause, because I've spoken with AKAI support and I felt like I knew more about what I needed than they did.

Anybody know a way to do this?

As an FYI to the group, the Behringer CMD line can all be assigned to any midi channel you like via a software application that's a free download on their support site.

Looks like the Launchpad S is fixed at Channel 1 - no hope there, but the newer Launchpads are Channel assignable.

In my case, if I can somehow reprogram my APC Mini, I'm good on all fronts.

Hi Jim. There is a software solution called “Midi Translator Pro” which can re-route the incoming midi data on a specific channel and translate that to another channel. In the case of the APC Mini, the routing would be: APC Mini Channel 1 >> Midi Translator Pro >> vMix Channel (2-16). There is a very helpful Forum community that would assist you in setting this up. It looks a little complicated, only because this software has so, so many features. Worth a look.

I noticed their shopping cart is coming up the Webserver login issue when trying to add items to cart. Not looking to purchase yet but was checking price.

Price is ok but from my end the website is not working for shopping cart. Prompts for User Name and Password which is from the webserver either Windows or Linux. So the issue is at their end on the web server.

Update: Looks like they fixed their issue. Cart working again. Will look to purchase in the near future.
