If you want vMix to make TC, you could have an audio file of analogue TC and play this
in sync with a clip using a shortcut to roll both. Then output the analogue TC to the A or
B bus to your audio card but I would take the program audio from embedded sdi or another audio device to avoid TC crosstalk.

vMix is very frame accurate when rolling multiple clips in sync. We had four projectors
and four clips and used EVS to sync these but tests I've done indicate vMix could do this too.
