The only audio effects we really need at this point is some kind of compressor/AGC. I can't think of any other VST plugins that we would use with our current setup.

Thanks!

I have one other *small* (I hope) feature request. Would it be possible to enable keyboard shortcuts that use the function keys (F1 to F12) when the title editor window and text field is in focus? I do on-the-fly titling for our live broadcast and I have a keyboard shortcut set to overlay the title. Currently, I have to type the title text into the editor, then click back into the main vMix window before I can use the shortcut key to display the title. It would be nice to use the shortcut key from within the title editor text field without switching back to the main window.

This sounds fantastic! I'm glad you were able to add Live Gamer HD support, and I'm excited to be able to have individual delays on RTSP streams for multicam instant replay. And making stinger transitions easy will be extremely handy!

sad there is nothing new to PIP screen to screen.
only the boring box, unchanged from the first version.
repeated occasions requesting any changes, to no avail.
some fade, feather, perhaps round or diamond-like.
everything else is just extra load the program
no need to mix video.
Stable and good output quality is everything.
Thanks for your great work Martin

Brilliant! I truly appreciate the your responsiveness to user-requested features. We're going to buy v9 when it is released.

have a plugin (purchase) that does live color correction. I know you already have a basic one. But it would be cool to have something like magic bullet looks or a three way color corrector as a plugin to correct footage live.

I'm not sure this is design, a bug or a feature request, but:

when i crop a video in 'position' i can only do that with the main video. Although the sliders are greyed out, they are slided (for lack of a better term) in the overlay position views as well.
i would like them to work for the entire composited image (in the ideal world also seperately adjustable for the individual overlays (i have a new wintel setup in the mail anyway so a bit extra calc doesn't hurt).

Reason for wanting this is to do some things like the virtual sets, but with my live images, eg put stuff in the middle of a racetrack that shouldn't be there.

Hi Martin,
There is many expensive playout automation and CG solution for broadcast, i found VMIX is is great alternate if you could put Schedule option for the video inputs this would be massive revolution to the VMIX...I am using Uniplay CG and Playout ( www.uniplay.tv ) for the broadcast which is bit expensive and complicated...so only missing thing in VMIX for me is i cant schedule the inputs, i have to do manual transition.

do you have a forecast for release ? I want to set up a ip-camera solution using rtsp, but need it working by end of march. I am testing a generic, chinese ip camera , onvif compliant .. i can stream the rtsp strem via VLC, but in wirecast i cannot get to input the camera... that program only accepts a handful of cameras at moment. Hope you will be more compatible.
