A colour picker (pick from Preview or Output) would be a nice addition. As well as having a right click "Change colour" option in a Color Input's preview. Compare the General discussion Changing Colors of Color slide.

I recently needed a Multiview with a ppt presentation coming in via HDMI as a PiP over a background with the same colour as the ppt's background. (I managed to do a workaround by using Windows' snipping tool and save it into in Image Input).
