Hi All,

It appears that I've upset my vMix system. It's been running well for over a year. No changes in hardware. Used every week.

Today I decided to tinker with setting some very small project sizes. It seemed to work fine when I selected 320 x 240p.

When I selected the smallest stream dimensions (160 x 120 px I think) the app collapsed. Since then when I try to start it it crashes issuing an error message "Out of video memory."

I've uninstalled. Reinstalled. Uninstalled again. Rebooted. Cleaned the registry. Cleared the application data. Rebooted. Installed anew, re-entering my license that time.

It still won't start.

Can someone tell me how to restore the app to a useful state?

Many thanks,

Michael

P.S. - it was working perfectly just a couple of hours before I decided to tinker.

Solved!

I had to delete the contents of:

c:\Users\mjgraves\AppData\Local\StudioCoast_Pty_Ltd\vMix64.exe_Url_5l40qvre1y15spmggwt1gelpnmwemdfj\17.0.0.107

Which restored the defaults and allowed the app to load normally.
