Have some sort of different clipping indicator for 0.0 or -0.1 would be nice. I know drivers can report this differently but it would be nice to know if the volume is being reported right at 0. It looks like there is as much as 3db area that will show red in audio meters. Since we are already compressing audio before vMix, it's tough to tell visually if it's clipping or being nicely compressed and simply coming close. Thank you!

Our old vtape machines had the option of zooming in the meters for precise lineup.
Clicking the meter could display a range from -5 to 0 ?

The audio window has a pretty detailed meter which is nice, but at a quick glance, it's difficult to tell if the signal is actually getting right to 0.0 db or coming within 3 db or so. When you talk broadcast audio, the difference between -0.1 and - 3.0 can be quite a bit. It also makes monitoring clipping difficult as well because a norma processed broadcast signal will almost constantly be hitting within that -3.0 to -0.1 db range. So when that is the case, your levels will almost always look like they are clipping when they actually may not be. This essentially makes the red portion of the meter not useful really at all for us.

I like in Pro Tools how there is a small area that will light up above the meters that will light up if the -0.1 threshold has been crossed. Then after 1-/ seconds, the indicator goes away.
