When we use the same recording time and do stream Facebook, which is the best way to do this? In other words, if we have a live stream on Facebook and want to have the same on youtube as a recording for later if there is some way that (after you best) that we do not have to adjust the recording later by a special codec options adjustable.
So live stream on Facebook + recording (upload) on youtube? Also is there any way (the best according to you) to the stream and immediately placed on youtube. I'm talking about HD and HD quality (720p or 1080p)?

This can be accomplished using Wowza Steam Targets feature or Teradek Core

Not sure I follow the exact question, but if you have the upload bandwidth you can stream to Facebook Live and YouTube Live at the same time. We have done it multiple times, even with only 5mbps upload speed.
