A friend is using Replay. Getting this Error.

Cameras are Canons / HDMI out to HDMI/SDI converter to Magewell Pro Capture Quad SDI capture card. Funny thing is the cameras show up in inputs just fine. Error when we try to set up replay.

Ideas? Thanks!

Are all the cameras and/or converters identical?
Seems to be some wonky frame rates on the 2 sources you illustrate.
I'm pretty sure vMix is able to accommodate fluctuations of differing inputs but 'Replay' cannot, they must match perfectly in order to record synchronously.
You'll likely have to discern whether it's a camera issue, a converter issue or a capture card issue or any of the links in between...
Not really sure how you can test that though. Does the Magewell card have the ability to adjust or control the source signal?

It looks like they may have ticked the "Use VMR" tick box on the capture inputs, which results in an average frame rate instead of fixed.
That option is only designed for some rare wecams that don't work with the vMix auto genlock.
