As I understand it, currently keyboard shortcuts can only be assigned to unmodified keys, or to the modifier keys themselves (Alt, shift, ctrl, etc.)

What I would like if possible is to be able to differentiate between a lower case "a" and an upper case "A" (shift+a), or an alt+a, etc.
