My greatest wish for vMix in 2013 is for a animated Title generator, noting too complex just a simple program make specially for vMix to generate custom titles
with the following: Fade in/out, Fly in/out, Wipe in/out, Glide in/out, rotate in/out, dissolve in/out, etc, etc, etc, high quality, export png with transparency and animation, swf, flash, xaml.

Not everybody can use Microsoft Expression Blend, and when you are doing live video production, and your program in changes and you have to make new titles, lower thirds, etc. quickly MEB is not really the factest way to go.

I've been asking for this for some time now.
A simple Title Generator for vMix please.

Hi,

While it sounds like a good idea, the features you have mentioned would involve a massive project that would take months if not years of development.
There are plenty of other features that would be time better spent since Expression Blend already exists.

There is nothing stopping someone else from taking on board this project however...

Regards,

Martin

My 2 cents.
There are already title creation software’s out there (Aurora, Buff titler, NewBlue) ranging from $50 to $250
I think the best thing would be if Vmix would support tga or png sequences. That would put it miles ahead of the other solutions.

Another idea: Martin, would it be possible to implement a title generator using your Custom WPF Control? So one could do a stand-alone project, probably open source so anyone can contribute, and then plug it into vMix.

Is this possible with this vMixInterop.dll? Or does it exceeds the limits of it?

Hello! My desire is to create animated titles products that do. For this purpose, I have a series of pictures that need to synchronize with text. I want to be able to synchronize the text with the animation. So I can live edit text, a series of pictures and text boxes must be united so that they operate under. Xaml format. I want to achieve result similar to the "animatedHD" title, that is integrated in the VMix.

Have you considered creating then importing a power point slide show ?
vMix does have a live text edit feature. It wouldn't be that hard to use it and setup keyboard macro to to trigger text overlay activate with photo switch.
