For NDI Inputs, allow a separate NDI source for Video and a separate NDI source for Audio (similar when adding Input/Camera and it's options). Apparently Tricaster AV2 can do this with NDI Inputs.
I looked into using vMix's Virtual Inputs for this but no go.
