Updated controller with DataSource property for list widget. Be careful with big data sources (for example >100 items in external data control), it can slow down controller. First post

@Jedda, if you have used internal vMix countdown (just buttons with start/stop countdown commands in UTC), so UTC doesn't affect this timer. But internal timer widget in UTC can be not very precise, I'll look into it one more time.

I'm using a timer widget in UTC with separate buttons to start/stop, so maybe that could be one reason for my problems. Has not really been an issue before, but started to be a month ago. Maybe could be when you add more and more things to the .vmc file it starts to affect the timer slightly?

Maybe, at this time just use vMix timer for precise things.

Also it possible to lock the the assigned "input name" to mapping. So that if the inputs are moved or not in their original numbered location when you update state you don't have to remap again ? Eg when create a new preset etc

There is lock on input name, test it widely.

Not the padlock on the widget but within the command config that it locks or remembers the name of the input. If you add a input in front of existing input it will mix up all the other widgets that are already assigned as they a based on input number order.

@corporatejames, you need UpdateState in UTC, when you add/remove input in vMix. In most cases UTC keep assigned inputs.

I have done that but doesn't always remember the assigned name. But will keep an eye on it and let you know if needs to be looked at further as I'm setting up a standard layout to used by multiple people so can share.

elgarf wrote:I'll made changes in timer widget, so you can re-download UTC, and try it out. First post I think I found the problem in my case. For some reason the UTC has created multiple clock widgets in the vmc file for me, so there are clocks running in the background which is all sending information to the same title. Seems like it basically somehow has created mutiple layers of all the stuff I have created in my vmc file. Any idea why this is happening? I know for sure I have not created those, it's just multiple copies of what I have created once. I can send the vmc file later if you want to look at it, cause I have a feeling there's some kind of bug somewhere which causes this. Probably need to re-create my whole vmc file, since this issue kind of spread to other parts, like the importing to lineups I use which stopped working today because it's probably sending the data to fields which is behind my actual ones.

@Jedda, I think I forgot to clear widgets on controller loading, so if you save and then load controller, it has double widgets. Also fixed bug, when some data does not updating (multiple mappings through many components). First post

First post Do I need to do anything with my vmc file now (load it and save maybe?), or should I just download the latest version and it should work? Or is my vmc file fucked for life and needs to be fixed manually?
