Hi, does an overlay border always use the aspect of the input that is used in the overlay? When i crop an 16/9 input to 4/3, then the overlay shows the border with a 16/9 aspect.
Is there maybe a setting that i missed?

regards Hans

I believe the answer is YES, sort of, based on the original "Aspect Ratio" of the "Input" and what you select for it in 'General' settings...
So you may be able to play with it a bit if it's original size is different from your "Output Size", but generally speaking, the border will always be the outside edges of that original source so cropping the image will also crop out the border, it's not the border of window you choose to view it through unfortunately.
