Streaming to Ustream and Facebook simultaneously

Good day everyone
The other day i was trying to stream to Ustream and Facebook at the same but to no avail.
I realize that the settings for Ustream specify FMLE with audio option as Mp3, When logged in
with Username and Password with URL and Stream Key.
And streaming to multiple destination requires FFMPEG which i am not sure is supported by Ustream.
Under FFMPEG I have available AAC, and Custom RTMP Server configuration.
So i can stream to multiple destination (CDNS) such as Facebook, and others using FFMPEG Setting
but not to Ustream since the option there is FMLE with Mp3.
Question is there a way around this to stream to Ustream and Facebook at the same time?
Welcome any suggestion.

You could stream to ustream using an external program, fmle, obs, etc. fed by vmix external video, Stream to Facebook from within Vmix itself.
