Hi,

I've compared qality of video straight conected to FMLE and via vMix to FMLE. When using vMix-FMLE I saw less detail and blacks were less black than straight to FMLE.
Is it common quality loss or should it be same quality just maybe I need to play with some settings?

Just starting to understand vMix:) p.s. camcorder conected via fireware.

Check to make sure the resolution at each stage of the process is set the resolution of your camcorder.
The places you can check this resolution are:

1. When adding the capture device
2. "Output Size" In vMix settings under the Display Tab.
3. "Output Size" in vMix settings under the External Output tab.

If you are using an nVidia card you can also fix the black levels by doing the following:

1. Open the NVIDIA Control Panel
2. Go to the Video - Adjust Video Color Settings
3. Select "With NVIDIA Settings"
4. Under the Advanced tab Change Dynamic Range from Limited to Full
