I believe it is a VLC issue (and not the NDI plugin), I can output with VLC via NDI just the BCC950 [video only], just the Yeti Microphone [audio only] or open two instances of VLC, one outputting the video and the other outputting the audio. The video comes in fine. Audio from my mics with VLC/plugin may not be as good as I expect (though no drops). Having VLC capture both webcam video and mic audio in one VLC instance, no good! If I use the NDI Scan Converter audio (it seems I have to select something for the video channel, desktop or app), audio is perfect coming to vMix via NDI. I also see there has been posting similar to this on the VLC forum this year: https://forum.videolan.o...ewtopic...ophone#p436756The OP in that thread has a Blue microphone as well, the Yeti (which we use throughout our network) and the snowball are both from blue. I also tested using the BCC950's internal microphone as a source in VLC and had the same dropout issues if sending both video and audio. I also manually entered the audio settings in VLC Advance just in case VLC was defaulting to something odd, like the video frame rate at 0 if left at default - the Yeti only accepts 2, 48000, 16. Now, only if vMix could combine a NDI video source and separate NDI audio source for one Input, I'd give that a go (using VLC to capture the webcam video and Scan Converter to bring in the Audio, if only Audio). .
