Okay. Here's the scenario: Three PC's. Three vMix licenses. vMix HD or better on PC1. vMix Basic HD on PC2 and PC3.
1 PC1 - vMix1 for show production
2 Output to NDI
3 NDI input of vMix Desktop Capture1 for Skype video/audio

6 PC2 - Running Skype with a guest
7 vMix2 to use NDI to input vMix1 output
8 vMix Desktop Capture1 for video/audio capture of Skype via NDI
9 vMix2 External as video/camera for Skype
10 VAC to route vMix2 audio output to Skype audio/microphone input

13 PC3 - vMix3 for Streaming & Recording
14 vMix 3 to use NDI to input vMix1 output

Do I have this right? Is there a better way to provide Skype with audio (see line 10)?

You need three separate mix-minus audio feeds. One for each participant in the arrangement.
I've done this quite a lot, but I've never used the audio handling built into vMix for the purpose. I'll try to put together a flow diagram shortly.

What are you seeing in terms of CPU load with NDI in this setup Tom? Also, can you share the specs of PC3 you are using for recording and streaming? I have a 6 core AMD machine I am thinking of using for this purpose and plan to do some testing this weekend.

One more question, for now. Since the current version of vMix will kill all streams if one of the streams dies (for example if you are streaming to YouTube Live and Facebook Live and one of them dies, the other dies), could you have PC3 and maybe PC4 both receive the NDI output from PC1 and then have PC3 stream to YouTube and PC4 stream to Facebook?
