Hello everybody,

I've seen on the internet an SDI 7 inch Monitor.
It's very useful on my camera and i've seen that it has a tally over UTP data cable.

Is it possible the use that tally light on the monitor on my vmix machine?

Will that tally utp input work on the web controller for vmix??

Thanks :)

The answer to your question is no, but it is possible if you get yourself an arduino with a relay board. As the arduino is a tally interface on itself when connected to the vmix pc unprogrammed, you can hook the monitor up to the relay board. Just let the relay close the red pin with ground and you will have tally.
It is on a RJ45 connector, but it has nothing to do with networking. The pinout is just made for a closing contact. It can not work with the web controller.
