I've been having problems trying to add an MP4 file. It's MP4 x246 AVC (I think). It's made for iPad2 video format. The MP4 can be played with VLC player etc. but not vMix. I tried converting it to AVI (Divx, Xvid) and I still get errors.

If you are running XP I would suggest downloading the K-Lite Codec Pack "Basic" http://codecguide.com/download_kl.htmAlternatively upgrading to Windows 7 or 8 is preferred as x264 support is built in. Regards, Martin vMix
