That type of graphic needs to be edited in software such as After Effects and then rendered out to be used in vMix. They are very nice but it can't be used in vMix as an editable lower third as it stands.

So how it would work after rendering, with vmix? I imagine, that I could make animation, then lower third could be like the same, but without titles? And how about 3d studio from this link?

I have never used the 3D studio, so I can't speak for that. But the Graphics can be rendered out to many different file formats. I use QuickTime .mov format with Alpha Transparency. You can then bring them in to vMix as an input (I keep all my lower thirds of the same style in a "list input" and then select the required graphic from the drop down menu. if you select an overlay channel for that input it will play the file over the live program output.
The text should be included in the after effects file and you can edit it and render the text into the video file. Or if you want to maintain some editability within vMix you can render just the lower third graphic elements and add the text from inside vMix. You would need to use shortcuts and triggers to get the text to sync with the graphic, which is a bit of work but you will be able to change the text from inside vMix, which is nice.
XAML is the programming used for vMix titles and if you are familiar with Microsoft Expressions Blend you can also create your own overlays that will be able to be controlled and edited natively within vMix. ultimately that would be the way to go for complete customization. Or using a 3rd party grapghics program like Caspar CG.

That's the only one I've found. I used their soccer pack and customized it for my needs. It turned out great. If you are comfortable with after effects you could learn to tweak the XAML titles fairly easily.
