This is not currently a built-in feature within vMix's included XAML Text & Graphic templates. (if that is what you are asking)
You would have to "build" your own animated graphic that could pull in headlines like that.
I would suggest exploring dynamic 'Flash' animation creation and using that with CasparCG as part of more vibrant character generator system to use with vMix. (not exactly "plug & play" as there would be a significant learning curve to get there, but probably the most cost effective solution at this point)
A second option may be NewBlueFX which is supposed to be progressing towards being fully supported in vMix but, AFAIK, is not there yet.
