Is there a way to get flash support in the browser input?

At this moment it does HTML5, but no flash. When I try to get a live stream into the system with the browser input, I get a no flash available message.
As at this moment Flash still is not obsolete because of the livestream issue, I would like to add it to the browser input. Is this something I can do myself or do I have to file a request for it and wait?
